Tamron C-Mount SWIR Machine Vision Lens SMA11F12
The SMA11F12 SWIR industrial lens with 12mm focal length from Tamron's SMA11F series is designed for industrial cameras with 1" sensors (can also be used with 2/3" and 1/2" sensors) and a pixel pitch of 5µm (also for use with Sony's IMX990 / IMX991 sensors). The SWIR Machine Vision lenses already cover a light spectrum from 400nm visible light up to 1,700nm short-wave infrared bandwidth with more than 80% spectrum transmittance. Tamron has successfully reduced the focus shift to a minimum. The SMA11F12 Machine Vision lens is very bright with an aperture of F1.6 and convinces with its short working distance of only 20cm. With only -1.2% the distortion was reduced to a minimum. The lens can be connected to a wide range of machine vision cameras via the C-mount connection. Due to the excellent properties and the broadly displayed light spectrum, the SWIR lens is particularly suitable for food inspection, sorting systems and in the medical field.
