Magewell Upgrades USB Fusion Firmware & App: Wireless Sharing Feature Supported Now!
Magewell introduces a new version of USB Fusion firmware of Version V2.4.14 and update the companion tablet app to Version V2.4.476, which adds support for popular wireless content sharing technologies and some more new features. Please see the details as follows.

What's new:
- Support screencast.
- Support AirPlay, Miracast and Google Cast protocols.
- Support turning on/off screencast protocols on Web GUI.
- Support secure screencast by using on-screen code or custom password.
- Support up to 4 devices casting simultaneously.
- Support single-view and multi-view display, with a dynamic layout for the multi-view display.
- Support customizing background color.
- Supports dynamically crop black bars of the screen for Android devices casting through Miracast.
- Support displaying the screencast device name, image size and frame rate.
- Support capturing 4-channel 24-bit audio through the USB port.
- Support setting the priority of network cards.
- Support changing password daily for the AP mode.
- Support disabling the USB network.
- Change the default device name as the serial number.
- Fix the issue that color bars appear occasionally during UVC capture.
- Fix known issues.

Both firmware and the app have already been available on Magewell website, users can download it at the product page and USB Fusion App page. Or users can update the firmware from V2.3.1 to V2.4.14 online via the Web GUI.
