What is

™ ?

Computar's Lens Connect lenses are motor-controlled industrial lenses which can be connected to a PC via USB and controlled. Depending on the type, aperture, focus and zoom functions (*zoom functions only for Vario models) can be set and operated using Computar's in-house software (Windows and Linux compatible). The floating focus design delivers ultra-high resolution from near to far, and stepper motors allow for precise focus control and high repeatability. LensConnect is ideal for various applications including warehouses and factories. The industrial lenses allow for optimal inventory management and inspection, allowing users to fill orders quickly and efficiently.

How works

™ ?

Attaching to a camera

To mount the lens, align the lens mount on the machine vision machine vision camera and gently rotate it clockwise.

Attaching the USB cable

Connect the lens USB cable to a PC
When you connect the USB cable to your PC for the first time, the PC will start installing the driver
Make sure the driver is installed successfully before using the lens

control software

Please download the appropriate software for your operating system (PC) from the computer website
Start and use the control software
When using the control software, perform Disconnect before disconnecting the USB cable
