Embedded vision cameras with Sony STARVIS IMX415 built in The Imaging source cameras
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our 36 Series embedded vision cameras with the addition of the Sony STARVIS IMX415 image sensors.
The color and monochrome cameras featuring the IMX415 rolling shutter sensor deliver 4K resolution and will be available with our MIPI CSI-2 (28-pin, 22-pin, and 15-pin FFC/FPC) and FPD-Link III interfaces.
Cameras with the IMX415 sensors display the following characteristics:
- Resolution: 8.3 MP, 3,840px × 2,160px
- Sensor Format: 1/2.8 inch
- Pixel Format: H: 1.45 µm, V: 1.45 µm

While the MIPI CSI-2 machine vision cameras featuring this sensor are now production-ready, mass production of FPD-Link III industrial cameras is scheduled for Q2 2022.
