Magewell is Updating Firmware of Ultra Encode Devices

Magewell is updating firmware of Ultra Encode universal live media encoders to V1.3.484. By using this firmware, customers shall be able to access more new functions. Please see the details as follows.

What's New:

Ultra Encode HDMI

• Support enabling/disabling No Signal images.
• Support leaving the stream key for RTMP streaming empty.
• Fix the following exceptions: (1) DNS resolution is incorrect when multiple network connections are used. (2) Data sending is abnormal when the Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections are in the same network.
• Fix known issues.

Ultra Encode SDI

• Support enabling/disabling No Signal images.
• Add the Closed caption SEI message option. When this option is enabled, closed caption will be written to the H.264/HEVC SEI message.
• Support writing the SMPTE RP-188 time code to the H.264/HEVC SEI message when the Time code SEI message option is enabled.
• Support leaving the stream key for RTMP streaming empty.
• Fix the following exceptions: (1) DNS resolution is incorrect when multiple network connections are used. (2) Data sending is abnormal when the Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections are in the same network.
• Fix known issues.
