Magewell's Pro Capture SDI 4K Plus captures 4K video at 60 fps via a single-link 12G SDI, dual-link 6G-SDI, or quad-link 3G-SDI connectivity. Thus, the Pro Capture 4K Plus Grabber offers users and system integrators exceptional flexibility and compatibility. As the sixth 4K-enabled member of the Pro Capture family, the new card supports resolutions of up to 4096x2160 4K digital cinema and includes the Ultra HD (UHD) television standard 3840x2160. The video input, along with embedded SDI audio signals, can be simultaneously fed to multiple software applications, with the resolution, frame rate, and video processing settings independently controlled for each. 10-bit FPGA-based video processing provides high-quality up / down / cross conversion, image adjustments, graphics overlay, and more without taking the strain on the host system CPU.
