App & Firmware Update for Ultra Stream Family
Magewell introduces a new version of Ultra Stream app and a new firmware, enabling users to access advanced new features of the streaming and encoding device. Please see the details as follows.
App version number: V1.2.10134 (Android), V1.2.10195 (APP Store)
What's new:
● Add support for setting code type, encoding profile, and key frame interval.
● Add support for logging in YouTube/Facebook via two-factor authentication.
● Add support for two users managing the device simultaneously.
● Add support for setting audio bitrate.
● Add support for setting the name of streaming servers.
Firmware version number: V1.2.122
What's new:
● Add a web settings page.
● Add support for multi-user access.
● Add support for HEVC/H.265.
● Add support for setting more video and audio codec parameters.
Update tips：
1. Update the firmware to V1.1.4193 for the device first via smartphone before you upgrade the Ultra Stream app.
2. Then upgrade the Ultra Stream app to the latest version.
3. Next, update the firmware to the latest version as V1.2.122 within the newly ungraded app.
4. To access to the new browser-based interface, please update the firmware to the latest version by following tips 1,2,3.
